Founded in 2018 by renewable energy expert Dr. Emma Richardson, GreenTech Insight began as a small consultancy providing analysis and insights on emerging solar technologies. With a vision to bridge the knowledge gap between cutting-edge green technology and practical implementation, Dr. Richardson assembled a team of industry professionals and educators passionate about sustainable energy.
By 2020, recognizing the growing demand for qualified solar energy professionals, we expanded into education with our first solar installation certification program. Over the past five years, we've grown to become one of Canada's leading renewable energy education providers, operating from our net-zero energy campus in Toronto where theory meets hands-on practice.
Today, GreenTech Insight serves thousands of students across the country through both in-person and online courses, with graduates working in leading roles throughout the renewable energy sector. Our success has been built on our analytical approach to green technology education and our commitment to preparing students for real-world challenges in the rapidly evolving solar industry.
At GreenTech Insight, our mission is to accelerate the adoption of solar energy through education and analysis that empowers professionals to excel in the renewable energy sector. We aim to:
We believe that education is most effective when it combines analytical understanding with practical skills. That's why our curriculum integrates comprehensive data analysis with hands-on installation experience, preparing graduates who can both design optimal systems and implement them effectively.
